It was a night of sampling and beer experimentation during Sebago Brewing Co.’s Pilot Beer Night. A handful of new brews, crafted by Sebago employees, were served up to curious beer drinkers. Who know, maybe one of these rare beers will find its way to the shelves.
Green-minded drinkers gathered at Portland’s State Theatre on Tuesday for the monthly Greendrinks. They drank local, shopped the bazaar and learned how to be a greener concert goer.

An after hours event at the Portland Flea-For-All was held for the young folks of PROPEL on Tuesday evening. Members sampled local eats from Bite Into Maine, Buffalo Wild Wings, Portland Pie Company, and Whole Foods, and enjoyed drinks from the cash bar, sponsored by cPort Credit Union.
Santacon came to town on Saturday. Hundreds of Santas, reindeer, elves, a wise man, a snowman, a gingerbread man and a host of other holiday characters paraded from bar to bar to spread good cheer and confuse diners and passersby. This year the Santa Convention raised money and donations for Portland’s Family Crisis Center.
