Otto Pizza hosts album cover contest: win pizza and more

Written by: Susan Axelrod

“Dark Slice of the Moon” by Nick Dougherty

This is what happens when pizza fans redesign an album cover. You might recognize Pink Floyd’s “The Dark Side of the Moon” cover, except this version has more crust. It was recently created by Nick Dougherty as an entry in Otto Pizza’s “Otto Rocks!” contest, which the company is hosting to celebrate its 4th birthday. Here’s the deal:

Come up with your own version of Otto-ized album covers and post them on Otto’s Facebook timeline or email them to The best ones will be added to an “Otto Rocks!” Facebook gallery (and on the flip side, those that are not suitable for all ages or in good taste will be removed). On June 18 (Otto’s birthday); the powers that be will choose the three best entries and award great prizes: 1st Place $100 Otto gift card; 2nd place $25 Otto gift card; 3rd place 5 “free slice” cards. All winners get an Otto T-shirt.
