Farms, tables, and strawberry fields: Graze dinners at Pineland

Strawberries. Strawberry cocktails. Tossed in a salad with goat cheese and greens. Strawberry sauces and chutneys. Strawberry dessert.

Yea, strawberry lovers are going to love the first farm-to-table dinner from Graze at Pineland Farms. The series kicks off June 19 with “Strawberry Fields Forever,” a strawberry-centric four-course dinner served either al fresco or under a tent across from Pineland Farms’ English Gardens.

The dinners are made with food grown and raised within minutes of the farm (what isn’t available at the farm is procured from local purveyors) and prepared by a partner chef.

The cost of dinner includes a tour of one of Pineland’s farms or gardens and the chance to socialize with fellow diners, local farmers, and the executive chef. Also included: beer, wine and cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, entrée, dessert with coffee, and the pleasure of live local music.
