Who you gonna call? Maine Busters!

Good news citizens of Portland. Should Slimer, Stay Puft or Vigo ever come a haunting to Portland, we’ll be safe. Rest easy knowing the the Maine Ghostbusters exist and they’re roaming the streets, dedicated to keeping anything strange out of the neighborhood.

In all seriousness, the Maine Ghostbusters are a group of die-hard fans of the film from around the state, who dress up in these handmade (and completely authentic) costumes to attend charity events. We talked a bit about their mission (which you can read more about here) and I found out they donate 100% of their profits to charity.  Now that’s something to be thankful for.
