When it comes to style, start them young

I met this chic Mother/Daughter duo while they were in town from New Jersey for a Mother’s Day road race. I’m guessing the most exciting thing about being a parent is being able to dress your child. Am I right? Mom was the epitome of laidback chic with a chambray shirt and classic slicker (someone must have warned her about Maine weather).

Years from now, this little one will be able to look back at this photo and say, “Man, I was so ahead of my time!” My guess is that even as an adult, she’ll be rocking cheetah coats like they’re going out of style. And that upper lip? The cuteness is killing me.
