The most important day in the life of a fashion blogger

On Friday I am going wedding dress shopping with my Mother. Now, we’ve talked about wedding dresses here before. Remember that time I tried on my Moms? That was fun! But now that thing’s are getting serious and an actual wedding date is looming in the near future – I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO.

I’m paralyzed with fear. Do I go classic so that my future children will look at the photos in awe? Or do I go fashion-forward because I only have one chance to wear a dress like this and I might as well make it major? Is strapless a bad idea for dancing? Do I go vintage? If I go vintage, what era do I choose? Do I have my Mom make me a dress? Do I EVEN NEED TO WEAR WHITE?!

My head is churning. I went wedding dress shopping over the summer on a whim. I liked every single dress I tried on. I might have been high on silk chiffon but I’m not sure. Am I supposed to have that THIS-IS-THE-ONE moment where I look in the mirror and burst into tears?

What do you guys think? I could really use some advice. Or some wine. I could use some wine too.
