Spotted on the Street: Brooklynite

This Brooklyn, New York resident and I stopped to chat about her amazing plaid pants in the Old Port one evening. It was her first pilgrimage to the Portland area and she gushed about how much she loved it here. Each time I bump into someone visiting Portland for the first time, I immediately begin rattling off the stores they need to visit. I should actually carry maps of the Old Port around with me…

A girl after my own heart, she had already sussed out most of the local shops and was already wearing a local find: an $11 camel cardigan she had picked up at Moody Lords just a few hours earlier.
