Spotted in the street: polka-dots and a printed pack

I lo-o-ove mixing patterns. Florals and stripes, plaid and plaid, polka-dots and anything. This MECA photography student was braving the cold in a cute tights and polka-dot skirt combo. Her skirt was a mere $10 find at Forever 21. Frugal students always find the best deals!

I also loved her bright teal peacoat and butterfly printed backpack. There’s nothing wrong with loading up on color and patterns, especially on a gray winter’s day.
