Shop your closet for a last minute costume

Last-Minute Old Lady

Impressive, right? If you’ve got a closet filled with everyday clothes, you’ve got a costume. Here’s a few items that I know everyone has for some last-minute ideas. Hey, they won’t win you any prizes, but they can’t be mad at you for trying! For example, sequined or any fuddy duddy shirt + leggings + baby powder = Old lady

Last-Minute Owl

Brown felt + scissors = Owl

Last-Minute 80’s Groupie

Acid washed jeans + 80’s jacket + pink frosted lips = 80’s groupie

White shirt + Black tie + Black pants + Face paint = “What does the fox say” backup dancer

Jeans + Plaid shirt + roll of paper towels = Brawny Man

Black tee + Black pants + paper and crayons for the app buttons = iPhone or iPad

Gray t-shirt + gray pants + gray paint watches = 50 Shades of Gray

White towel + can of Old Spice = Old Spice Guy

A large empty frame = A selfie

Green shirt + Green pants + Green shoes = Mixed Greens

And if you want to really wow them, don’t forget about these Maine-centric costumes!
