A printed blazer is better when there's an ocean on it

Excuse me, is that a jellyfish on your jacket? I’m surprised I didn’t try to steal this seafaring staple right off this Portland resident’s back. In the theme of spring jackets, I love a good investment piece. Since the spring season isn’t too long, you might as well have fun with a warm-weather jacket. I’ll often shy away from a big print, but this lady proved you can wear a print with anything. Here she layers it over a patterned dress with a patterned scarf.
