Pedro O’Hara’s full band open mic continues tonight with host and local musician Michael Krapovicky. Beginning at 6:30, solo acts, duos, poets, comedians and all entertainers in between are welcome to take to the stage and show off their talent during this free and fun event. A local, talented drummer will be on hand as well as a drum kit and a PA, bass amp and guitar amp will also be made available to anyone who signs up. Things get underway at 6:30, so stop in if you’re in the Lewiston area this Monday evening for some true musical revelry.
In Portland, Andy’s Old Port Pub on Commercial Street welcomes back Pretty Girls Sing Soprano for an evening of tight, clever and original harmonies. The act will be filling Andy’s will lots of beautiful music beginning at 7pm tonight.

Known for their famously unpredictable and impressively musical shows that often feature band members switching up instrumental duties, as well as the occasional and uproariously funny versions of their own originals in the style of polka, this is a fun night of tunes not to be missed.
