Slab on Preble Street in downtown Portland continues with its free Tuesday night music series as they welcome local act Muddy Ruckus to perform a set of their foot-stomping, bluesy Americana jams during tonight’s free, all-ages shindig. Swing through starting at 7 to enjoy some mighty fine tunes and tasty Sicilian-style pizza.
Frontier in Brunswick presents the 17th installment of its Frontiers of Music event featuring improvised duo performances from local artists such as Peter McLaughlin, Chris Cathode, Joshua DeScherer, Lee Todd Lacks and Tom Swafford. The Thirsty Pig in the Old Port is back at it tonight with another edition of its weekly open mic event known as The Exchange.
