Lazerdisk brings the party to Port City Music Hall tonight

Slam some gummy vitamins, eat your Wheaties, do some stretches and remember to hydrate because tonight marks the beginning of the end…of 2014, silly. Lots and lots of fun to be had this week, so let’s see what’s in store for this Monday, shall we? Here we go!

You’ll find talented local musician Michael Krapovicky up at Pedro O’Hara’s in Lewiston as he gears up to host another free open mic this Monday evening. Grab your instrument of choice and play some tunes, or sit back and take in some live performances courtesy of Michael and some other great local artists as things get started at 6:30pm.

Tom Gizzi will be playing some folk and blues tunes at Andy’s Old Port Pub on Commercial Street in Portland. Tonight’s free, all-ages show gets underway at 7pm.

If you’re hoping to check out for some open mic action south of Portland, make some plans to head out to the Kerrymen Pub in Saco where beginning at 7:30 both solo musicians and full bands are welcome to take to the stage during this free and fun event.

Open Mike

Some bustling, live bluegrass music ought to do the trick this Monday. Check out local artist Joe Walsh and a few of his friends as they play some great bluegrass tunes during tonight’s free show at Otto’s on lower Congress Street in Portland. The good times start rollin’ right around 8 o’clock.

An epic DJ dance party will be taking over Port City Music Hall on Congress Street tonight as Lazerdisk spins some bass, funk, and disco to get you moving this Monday. The party starts right around 9 o’clock.
