Here’s hoping none of you floated away during Monday’s torrential down pours! Monday was a bit of a mess for me as I don’t feel like I accomplished a damn thing; I might chalk that up to wet brain from the weekend, so I’m hoping to get my A Game on today into tonight as Tuesday night is shaping up to be quite the party. Here’s what’s taking shape this Tuesday evening!
There’s really nothing better than spending a warm summer evening out on a deck overlooking the salty Atlantic sea while sipping on some ice cold beverages and taking in some good tunes. If this sounds like a perfect Tuesday evening adventure for you, then make your way down to Portland Lobster Company on Commercial Street local rocker, Ryan Halliburton will be teaming up with some of his talented pals to play some sunshiny songs starting right around 6 o’ clock.
And even more in the way of outside entertainment will be happening down at El Rayo in Portland as the exceptionally entertaining and truly unique Maine Marimba Ensemble will be doing their thing outside on the patio starting right around 7.
Folk-rocker Brian Patricks will be playing a handful of original tunes paired with classic cover songs that everyone knows and loves down at Andy’s Old Port Pub, which is also on Commercial Street in Portland. Patricks begins his set right around 7 and will rock you on in to the 9 o’clock hour this Tuesday evening.
Blue on Congress Street offers up a fun way to spend your Tuesday night with their Open Mic in the Round event. Right around 8:15ish Greg Klein of Dark Hollow Bottling Company will perform a featured set of tunes to close out the event. It’s free, fun and guaranteed to be a good time, so stop by and check it out.

Tonight’s show begins right around 8:30.
