There’s definitely a fondness for helmet cams.   Since she arrived in Maine from the Midwest seven years ago, it’s been her mission to experience it all firsthand – from the cardboard boat races to the paddleboard jousting tournaments. With any luck, she’ll persuade you to try it, too.

FLEA BITES: A food truck and flea market event

You may have already known that The Portland Flea-for-All is one of the best local go-tos for vintage and handmade goods. You may also already know that Bite Into Maine serves up some of the best food truck grub around.

If only they could get together! If only one of those businesses could just wheel itself over to the other!

Hold up – Bite Into Maine is a food truck! With wheels!

Meet FLEA BITE: A food truck and flea market event.

Friday’s event, which run 6-9 pm at the Kennebec Street Flea-for-All, is the second of its kind. The first was hit. It stands to reason this one will be, too. They’re celebrating food trucks (hurrah, food trucks!) with two locals: Bite Into Maine and Loves Cupcakes. In addition, Uptown Vinyl will be spinning music. And all three floors of the Flea will be open for your perusing pleasure.

Note: this event runs alongside First Friday Art Walk, so art walk your way through town, then keep walking on down to FLEA BITES.
