It’s really cool to see a charity event raise a ton of cash, and this year’s Ice Bar at Portland Harbor Hotel did just that. Beating its own record (it raised $15,000 last year and $11,000 the year before), the fundraiser raised $18,000 during its three day run in January, and yesterday, hotel manager Gerard Kiladjian presented a check to the Trauma Intervention Program of Portland, The Root Cellar, and Share our Strength of Southern Maine.
