New wine bar: 11 photos of The North Point, Portland
Brothers Dan and Noah Talmatch opened The North Point on Silver Street last week, and it already has the warm, welcome feel of a place you’ve been a hundred times (and drank a lot of great wine).

Portland, meet The North Point, now open at 35 Silver Street.

The unique and colorful artwork on the walls was created Ezra Talmatch, younger brother of owners Dan and Noah Talmatch, who passed away last year.
The North Point is open for lunch at 11 am, dinner at 5 pm. Happy hour is 5-6 pm Mon-Fri and
half-price bottles of wine(!) on Sun, Mon, and Tue 6 pm-midnight.
