Slip sliding away: Snow tubing parks in Maine

Winter brings with it plenty of ice and snow. We can either curse it (and how it makes us fall down and slide into ditches) or we can embrace it, preferably with a giant tube. Find a place to slide this winter with our roundup of snow tubing parks:

SNOW TUBING PARKS

Black Mountain, 39 Glover Road, Rumford

$13 for three-hour session. Friday 6 to 9 p.m., Saturday noon to 9 p.m., Sunday noon to 6 p.m. Special Friday night 9 p.m. to midnight sessions with bonfires and live music
