Events include pumpkin paddle boat race, pumpkin motor boat regatta, pumpkin weigh-off, pumpkin chunkin’, parade, decorated pumpkins, children’s activities and a giant pumpkin drop.
Savage Oakes Winery Annual Harvest Festival | Oct. 5
Savage Oakses Vineyard & Winery, Union
Help pick grapes, learn about the harvest, enjoy hayrides, watch crushing and pressing demos and taste wine. Runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Held at Smugglers Den Campground, the Brewfest takes place Saturday, with the Wine/Cheese event Friday. Music, entertainment and Maine products.
