Portland’s newest cocktail bar, Portland Hunt & Alpine Club, opened at 75 Market St. on Thursday evening. Proprietors Andrew and Briana Volk welcomed a capacity crowd eager to experience the bespoke cocktails, Scandinavian-influenced menu and sleek, urban vibe.
