The Flavors of Freeport Chef’s Signature Series was a sold-out indoor-outdoor party Friday night at the Hilton Garden Inn Freeport Downtown. More than 400 people enjoyed samples from some of Maine’s best chefs and local beverages inside. plus ice sculptures, firepits and an ice bar luge outside. Judges kudos went to Bow Street Market, Wilbur’s of Maine, Harraseeket Inn and Tempest in a Teapot. Foodie events continued in Freeport throughout the weekend. #flavorsoffreeport

Azure got runner-up in the Sweets category for these cinnamon ricotta donut holes with pipettes containing blueberry coulis and dabs of citrus cream cheese mousse. You haven't lived until you've squeezed blueberry coulis into a hot donut hole just before eating.
