Aimsel Ponti is a Content Producer at MaineToday.com and a music writer for MaineToday.com and the Portland Press Herald. She has been obsessed with - and inspired by - music since she listened to Monkees records borrowed from the town library when she was six years old. She bought her first Rolling Stones record at a flea market when she was in 7th grade and discovered David Bowie a year later. Natalie Merchant show rescheduled to Oct. 23 at The State Theatre

Natalie Merchant’s postponed Portland concert has been rescheduled.

The show is now scheduled for 8 p.m. Oct. 23 at the State Theatre, 609 Congress St. in Portland.
The show had been scheduled for July 18 at the State Theatre, but was postponed when Merchant became ill.
All tickets for the July 18 show will be honored at the rescheduled show. For more information go to www.statetheatreportland.com
