Electronic dance music from Chile, Switzerland and France? It’s happening at Space!

Written by: Aimsel Ponti

And now for something completely different…

I give you a night of electronic music to remember in Portland.

I will happily borrow a line from the Space website since it sums up the night so succinctly:

Four Bands, Five Countries, Ten Women.

OK so there’s a label in Paris called Lentonia Records  who are on a mission to have female electronic artists get  heard in a genre that’s been largely populated by the fellas.

I could consult my trusty thesaurus and bust out a bunch of flashy adjectives or I could simply suggest that you take a listen to these women and hear for yourselves why this is going to be a Thursday night like none other right here in Portland.
