Street gents that aren't afraid of color

I met this Portland resident (at right) walking around town with his friend who’s visiting from Colorado. I asked him about his choice of bright colors and he claims that not everyone from Colorado dresses like him. I highly doubt their salmon and blue coordinating hues were intentional, although hey, you never know. Men take fashion very seriously these days. I also wanted to know the secret to their well-coifed hairstyles. Mr. Maine claims it’s just a little bit of wax, but Mr. Colorado says “I just wake up in the morning and go like this!” as he gracefully pushes his hair up to one side.
