My most favorite street style spotting of all time

We already know my Mom is a bit of a “scene stealer” as evidenced in this blog post. But this past weekend, while waiting for her to caffeinate herself, I was reminded that my Mom fits in pretty well in Portland. She is proud to tell me that all of her clothes were purchased on sale, from her blue gingham top to her coordinating espadrilles, most of them finds from Marshall’s or The Loft. Her necklace was made by a MECA student and picked up the day before during First Friday Art Walk. The woman loves to support local — this is where I get it from.

So the question remains, would I have snapped her photo even if she wasn’t my Mom?

Absolutely.
