Halloween Costume Ideas for the Ladies

Halloween is a mere week away, but there’s still plenty of time to churn out a show stopping costume. Whether you’re planning to attend a Halloween soiree or just sit on your stoop to hand out candy (I won’t judge), here are some easy ideas submitted by Fore Front Fashion readers.

Marion Ravenwood

None other than the love interest of a Mr. Indiana Jones, here’s a gal that oozes confidence. Bonus points if you can find a Harrison Ford lookalike to be your partner in archaeological crime.

 A Tree

Not only is this a great idea because it’s seasonal, but I can get behind any costume that uses a sweatsuit as a base. Imagine the possibilities of tree variations: pine, birch, apple, orange. Get yourself to the faux flower department of a Michael’s and go nuts.

Candy Raver

Head to toe neon and fur boots? Sign me up. Add a few glow sticks and you’re ready to rave.

Penguins

I was quite impressed by the detail that went into these penguin costumes. They were made using an XXL men’s hoodie with fur and felt detailing to create the beak and furry tummy. Adorbs. And check out the great side view.

A big thanks to Erin, AubinLaura and Eileen for emailing these!
