UFF welcomes Portland Winter Farmer’s Market and more

Food, drink, music and art all convene in one happy space on Saturday, Dec. 7, when Urban Farm Fermentory throws open all the doors on its cooperative venture at 200 Anderson St., in yEast Bayside. There are sure to be at least a few food trucks outside too.

BayONE — the new home of the Portland Winter Farmer’s Market with live music and all production chambers open, including Pure Pops, Bomb Diggity Bakery, Maine Pie Line and Swallowtail Cottage Apothecary.

First Winter Farmers Market of the year: 9 am – 1 pm

Holiday Makers Market: 3 – 7 pm with local artisans and artists selling their wares.

BayTWO — UFF’s Tasting Room will have 12 tap lines flowing mead, kombucha, hard cidah, and experimental beverages all day and night with holiday specials.

Music by DJ Lucky Penny spinning hip hop/electronic music 7 – 10 pm and from 10 pm on, MOSART212 will be throwing down the funky beats.

BayTHREE  (cidah and mead) + BayFOUR (kombucha) — UFF’s production facilities will be open for tours.
