‘Top Chef’ winner Kristen Kish to cook at White Barn Inn

If you have a healthy bank account, holiday-gift money still burning a hole in your pocket, a special occasion to celebrate, or just want to give yourself a treat — in the culinary sense — this big-ticket dinner should be worth every one of the 12,000 pennies you’ll have to shell out.

Chef Kristin Kish, winner of “Top Chef Season 10: Seattle” and chef at Menton in Boston, joins one of Maine’s own star chefs, Jonathan Cartwright of  White Barn Inn in Kennebunkport, for a dinner to benefit the Bocuse d’Or Foundation on Thursday, Feb. 20. The dinner will be held at the White Barn Inn, which, like Menton is a Relais & Chateau property.

Actually, the $120 per person price, which includes six courses — paired with wines from top-notch vineyards and tip sounds like a bargain for what you’ll get.
