Culinary Edible Exhibition: Dinners at Museum of African Culture
Come experience the participatory culinary edible exhibition at Portland’s Museum of African Culture.
The next “edible exhibit” is Thursday, December 13 at 6 pm.
The edible exhibition is a series of dinners for 8 to 12 people and the menu for each event will feature an assortment of traditional Haitian dishes. Each dinner will be dedicated to a particular Haitian Vodou spirit.
Along with the dinner, participants will get to watch an original Haitian film while at the Museum.
Cost per person is $50.00.
