Preheat oven to 350.
1 3/4 cup chopped almonds
7 tablespoons brown sugar
7 tablespoons butter, melted
Mix ingredients together and spread in 8×8 greased pan.
1 8 ounce bar of cream cheese softened
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
With a mixer, cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Add the egg, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla and beat well.
Spread the batter on the crust.
1/2 cup flour – half white, half whole wheat
3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon butter softened
1 tablespoon oatmeal, uncooked
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon toasted wheat germ
Cut the butter into the flour until it forms fine crumbs. Mix in the walnuts, wheat germ and oatmeal.
Sprinkle the topping over the filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until set. Cool and cut in squares.
