Cocktail preview for the Ice Bar at Inn at Brunswick Station…tickets are still available!
$10 for the hottest ticket in town is no small deal. The Inn at Brunswick Station’s Ice Bar will be in full swing on Feb. 21 and it’ll continue through Feb. 23. For $10 in advance or $12 at the door, you’ll be in, sipping ice luge-chilled cocktails and munching pork sliders and beef brisket outdoors on the patio or snug inside the hotel’s Robinson Room, where a full bar will serve patrons from 5:00-10:00pm. DJ Larry Moore will be spinning the tunes from 7:00-10:00pm on Friday the 22nd and rock band Scotty and the Big Dogs will take the stage on Saturday the 23rd.
I got a preview of this year’s signature cocktails, and now I’m super excited to be there on Thursday night.

-Hot Toddy: Jack Daniels Honey, Fresh Lemon, Hot Tea

Erin Dow
Erin Dow is a caterer who used to cook for rock stars. Now she finds herself desperately trying to persuade her three kids to just try one bite of what she made for dinner. She's the Expert Chef for Maine-based Guiding Stars® and she consults with the state's public schools on how to serve healthy whole foods that kids will actually eat. And when Erin’s not researching, preparing, serving, photographing, teaching, or writing about food, you’ll probably find her in a restaurant eating a meal cooked by someone else. So she just might be the girl you need to know if you're looking for recommendations, advice, or insight into Maine's food scene. She's also very knowledgeable about firearms, in case you were wondering if she's a real Mainer.// From Twitter
