There will be a silent auction of artwork by various tattoo artists, jewelry, clothing, accessories and much more to raise funds for the Hepatitis C Foundation as well as The National Parkinson’s Foundation. Milled Pavement Records presents Mike Clouds’ Apollo’s Stamina CD release party extravaganza at Flask Lounge in Portland this Friday. The record itself has been described as a division of two groups of songs: one series in danceable Trap-derived undulations, while the other half could almost be referred to as Downtempo or Trip-hop, were it not for the ever-present 32nd-note hi-hats and tongue-in-cheek Southern-fried vocal samples. Basically if you’re ready to bust a move to some sick grooves check out this show that’ll also feature special guests 32french and Moshe, and your host for the evening, Brzowski.
