Manage your case of the Mondays with Joe Walsh & friends at Otto in Portland

And we’re back and ready for action this Monday! It’s a seemingly quiet one, but if you are looking for some live, local action I’ve got a couple of spots for you to check out tonight.

Down at Andy’s Old Port Pub on Commercial Street in Portland you can check out some acoustic tunes courtesy of local singer-songwriter Ronda Dale. Kick back, relax, and let Ronda provide some songs for your Monday night soundtrack as this evening’s free show gets underway right around 6 o’clock.

If “free” and “fun” are part of your vocab this evening, head out to the open mic night that’s happening over at RiRa on Commercial Street in Portland. Every Monday starting right around 8 Evan Walsh hosts his own version of an adult talent show in the form of a free open mic night. EvGuy even has instruments available for people to play, and even if you can’t actually play said instruments, he’ll help you out by jamming out a decent version of a song for you to sing!

No need to get super bummed that it’s Monday instead buck up with some bluegrass and pizza down at Otto on Congress Street. Tonight local picker Joe Walsh and friends will be providing a mighty fine soundtrack to your evening starting right around 8 o’clock.

90s Nite at Slainte Wine Bar & Lounge on Preble Street in Portland will be celebrate all things sports this evening with a tribute to Jock Jams. Beginning at 10 o’clock DJ Spencer will be spinning the stadium hits for you to boogie on down to. This evening’s sports-themed dance party is absolutely free so do some stretches, don your best spandex, and get ready to bust a move.
