Check out Devin Tuel & Stephen Harms alongside special guest Geoff Zimmerman at Flask Lounge tonight

All right, all right,  don’t let a case of the Mondays make you miserable, instead check out the awesome events that are happening all around town and beyond this evening. Tons of ways to blow those Monday blues away, so get out there and do it to it tonight!  

It’s definitely still summer time in Maine so continue to celebrate the summer down at the Portland Lobster Company on Commercial Street where you can enjoy some fantastic live music out on the deck with the Delta Knights as they serve up some R&B, blues, soul, funk, swing, rock, jazz and more for your Monday. The fellas will be doing their thing at this free, all ages show starting right around 6 o’clock.

Tonight you can find local musician Michael Krapovicky back at Pedro O’Hara’s in Lewiston for another free and fun open mic even that gets started up at 6:30. Bring your instrument and play some tunes or just sit back and take in some great live music courtesy of some talented local artists.

Andy’s Old Port Pub on Commercial Street in Portland welcomes classic country artists Yankee Jack to the stage for a 7 o’clock performance this evening. This act is known to provide some good tunes as well as a few laughs, so be sure to stop by if you’re downtown this Monday evening.

If you’re looking to hit up some open mic action south of Portland this evening, make you way over to the Kerrymen Pub in Saco as they welcome both solo artists and full bands to their stage for this free event starting at 7:30.

Some Monday musical merriment will be happening outside on the Slab patio in Portland this evening as local musicians Lyle Divinsky, Tony McNaboe, Dane Farnsworth and Adam Frederick team up for a fun night of free tunes. Starting right around 8 o’clock, swing through to enjoy some delicious Sicilian style pizza as these fellas serve up some serious good times and good tunes this Monday.

Another great show to check out if you’re kicking it down south this Monday will be taking place at The Red Door in Portsmouth as singer-songwriters Eric Bettencourt, Ari Jacobson, Adrianne Lenker, and Buck Meek take to the stage around 9 o’clock for an evening of song and story.

Americana, blues and folk-rock artist Devin Tuel will be joined by multi-instrumentalist Stephen Harms for a free show at Flask Lounge on Spring Street in Portland this Monday evening. The duo will be joined by local singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist Geoff Zimmerman, who’ll be blending his own unique mix of urban-folk and indie-rock together for some satisfying sounds as things get underway right around 9 o’clock tonight.

Empire in Portland welcomes The Nuclear Show to the stage for a night of a million laughs featuring some of the area’s most hilarious and talented comedians. Starting at 9 get your funny bone tickled by Phoebe Angle, Josh Day, Mark Turcotte, James Spizuoco, Aharon Williows-Hebert, Krister Rollins, Cindi Brown, Joe Timmons and Jordan Handren-Seavey. Tonight’s laughapalooza will be hosted by Mr. Travis Curran.
