Trek the mountains of Peru this Thurs evening Mar 13 at Camden Library

The Camden Public Library always has a pretty impressive calendar of events going on each and every month of the year. Check out this long list for March and you’ll see what I mean.

It’s a bit of a trek to get up there to Camden for some of us but it’s always worth the trip. The drive is a scenic one, the programs are excellent and there’s always the chance to drop in to Cappy’s Chowder House after.

One particular program this month really caught my eye: “The Lesser-Known Peru” this coming Thursday night, March 13 at 7 pm. Adventurer Greg Dorr made a 35-day trek on foot in the mountains of Peru and will share his images and experiences of the journey.

Sounds awesome!
